Sampling Policy
We understand that sometimes seeing something in a store is not the same as trying it on at home. We want you to try it at home.
Our designs are colorful and unique. For many of our tiles, small sample pieces will not do justice to the tiles - which is why we want you to take home the whole piece.
Take home any tile you want to see if you would like the tile to have a place in your home (does not apply to 4’x6’, 4’x8’, and 5’x10’ large slabs).
Like the tile and want more? The sample piece will be automatically added to your order so you don’t have to bring it back to the store.
Don’t like the tile as much as you hoped? Bring it back to our store and our staff will help you find something you like.
Return Policy
It's free, it's easy, and it's no-hassle. If you are not 100% satisfied with your tiles, bring them to any of our locations within 30 days and we’ll exchange them or provide a full refund.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for tiles that have not been installed. Once installed, we will not exchange or return any tiles.
After 30 days, we will be able to offer store credit only. Contact us if you are having trouble with your tiles - we are here to help.
Why we started
Our vision began 30 years ago when we began as a manufacturer of ceramic tiles in India. Over time, we acquired new machinery which helped us expand our offerings to include 16 different sizes and thousands of different designs.
In 2020, we expanded our reach to the tile retail market with the opening of our first store in Hamilton. We quickly realized that we offer something new to our customers:
